Who handles your data

Green Valley Bayahíbe is a residential development by Jesús Rodríguez, SRL, located on the Benerito–Bayahíbe road, La Romana, Dominican Republic. That company is responsible for the personal data you leave on this site.

For anything related to your data, write to info@greenvalleydr.com.

What data we collect

We only ask for what we need in order to send you a quote:

• First and last name.
• Email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• The unit or model you are interested in and any message you send us.
• The page language and the section you wrote from, so we know what you were looking at.

We never ask for or store card details, bank accounts or identity documents through this site.

Where the data comes from

Your data reaches us through three channels, and in all of them it is you who sends it:

• The contact and quote forms on this site.
• The availability assistant that opens from the floating button.
• The instant forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you complete one of those forms, Meta passes us the name, email and phone number you confirmed in the ad.

What we use them for

Only to serve you as a prospective buyer: answer your enquiry, send you prices, floor plans and payment plans, arrange a site visit and follow up commercially for as long as you remain interested.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your information to third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

Where the data is stored

Your data goes into a private CRM hosted on the same Hostinger servers that serve this domain. Only the project sales team can open it, using an access code.

The only companies that touch that information are our technical providers: Hostinger (hosting and email) and Meta (when the lead comes from an ad). Each of them handles data under its own terms.

How long we keep them

We keep your data while the sales conversation is alive and for up to two years after our last contact. After that, or earlier if you ask us to, we delete it from the CRM.

Cookies and storage

This site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Your browser stores your chosen language and the web app files locally so the site loads fast offline. That information never leaves your device and you can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.

Your rights

Under Dominican Republic Law 172-13 on personal data protection, you may ask us at any time to:

• Show you what data of yours we hold.
• Correct anything wrong or incomplete.
• Delete it entirely.
• Stop sending you commercial messages.

Write to info@greenvalleydr.com from the same email address you gave us and we will reply within ten business days at most.

How to delete your data

If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad and want us to erase everything Meta passed us about you, do this:

• Send an email to info@greenvalleydr.com with the subject "Delete my data".
• Include the name and the phone or email you used to fill in the ad form.
• We delete the record from the CRM and confirm it to you in writing within ten business days.

The deletion is final: we keep no copies of the lead once it is removed.

Changes to this policy

If we change the way we handle data we will update this page and the date shown above. We suggest checking it again next time you contact us.
